This place was recommended by a friend. My daughter and I went there for a manicure and everyone was very friendly and we didn’t have to wait long at all. I loved how they had a large variety of choices and designs to choose from. We will definitely be going back.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I was a customer here before, but I stopped coming because I never felt comfortable with the atmosphere. It always seemed like the staff preferred to do what they wanted instead of listening to what the customer was asking for, and their attitude often made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Today I decided to give them another chance because the nail salon I normally go to was too busy. I was hoping my previous experience had just been an off day, but unfortunately, it felt exactly the same. I brought my daughter in to get our nails done. The quality of the work was okay, but the customer service made us feel very uncomfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed cold and unwelcoming. When we showed the nail design and colors we wanted, their reactions made us feel like we were asking for too much. Instead of making us feel like valued customers, it felt like they were annoyed by our choices. What bothered me the most was how my daughter was treated. She has a learning disability, and even she told me she felt like the technician was raising his voice at her. No customer should leave feeling uncomfortable or unwelcome. I paid $75 for my daughter’s manicure , and while I don’t mind paying for good service, kindness and respect are just as important as the final result. I’m not writing this review to hurt the business. I genuinely hope they take this as constructive feedback. A smile, a friendly attitude, and listening to what customers are asking for can make a huge difference. Unfortunately, after giving them a second chance and having the same experience, I won’t be returning.

I absolutely love going here, I’ve brought my friends here & family! They do an awesome job every single time and are the sweetest🫶 The environment is clean and organized as well. I highly recommend coming here.

Went and got a pedicure and it looks like my 3 year old cousin did it. Polish is spotty, really no massage with service, and no good scrub. Took him 20 mins to do a full pedi. I will NOT be going back there ever.

Wonderful experience. Took their time and made sure my nails and toenails were perfect!
